Solar panels/windmills powering reverse electrolysis.

Input=water+electricity

Byproduct=hydrogen+oxygen in free form. (2:1 ratio at that)




Thanks for adding some sense to this thread. They can use fuel cells to extract hydrogen from almost anything. Here is some info. Right now we do not have a good way of producing and storing pure hydrogen so developers are using hydrocarbon fuels like gas. There is a problem that the hydrogen produced is not a clean but still it is lot better than current combustion engines.
