Assuming the invoice is genuine, who's to say that the laptop wasn't sold by the person claiming it was stolen and now wanting to claim it back? Call the cops and let them sort it out - you don't want to be in knowing possession of stolen property. Also have Paypal reverse the payment like NOW before the account is cleared out...
