I'm not a huge fan of torrenting, but I would torrent before I went back to a download service like that... but then again I havnt used limewire in ages so it may be the greatest thing.
also try checking out mIRC (i think you need the ircn mod for it) and the xdcc bots (www.xdccspy.com and even
www.isohunt.com)
