Perhaps, but more critical would be you incorrectly stating 'tense' as the grammatical error in your argument. I'm sure it was oversight on your part as you're supposedly educated enough to know that tense refers to time and not to subject.
Perhaps what Static meant to imply was "look there, all d-bags." I doubt it though as I've seen too many uses of the word 'seen' (ex. I seen a cool SVT once) as a first person verb.  Either way the message is the same; a percenage of the CEG needs to repeat 8th grade English.
