Well either way it wasn't a '98 as it had the newer E1-up wheels. That is unless the owner added the newer style wheels in which case it's hard to say then, but I only saw it as I drove past it on my way to Rockville.
On a related note I saw yet another CSVT today. A silver one drove past the house (going SE toward Middletown) as I was outside testing out my new golf clubs.
I must be a magnet for them as I've seen an unbelieveable number of CSVT's in the past month or so.
