I left the exhaust and intake and tower brace. The tower brace would not have fit another car, thus making it more of pain in the ass to take off then its worth.
It would not have fit because each focus is different in wear they say if you order the FS tower brace after 1500 miles it wont fit becuase the body will have flexed so much.
The exhuast was bent so i just said Eff it.
And by the time i got the hood off my head was pounding concussion wise and i didnt feel like taking the intake off, but i did take the projos off. 1 was completely destoryed while the other 3 are in still working order however i left the wiring harness behind cuase it was sunday and the tow guy was hurrying me. Considering how they arent even open on sundays it was nice of him to let me in.
