most of the cars that immediately passed the accident were large trucks. Do you seriously expect an 18 wheeler to come to a screeching halt from 50+ MPH. The other cars were in the far left lane traveling at the same highway speeds. For them to swerve across all lanes of traffic and stop for the cop would have been an accident waiting to happen. The best any of those drivers coud do was call 911.
