Like the title says, I am looking for a good dry rub for pork baby back ribs. I picked some up at Costco today and I want to do a dry rub on them. Anyone down south know of a good one? Pretty sad huh a born and raised Texas boy doesnt know a good dry rub recipe.

Texas Cooking Magazine has a lot of good recipes. Their millionare pie recipe is good.

don't have time to check if there is a recipe on their site or not....if not you could always order their rub..you will NOT find better tasting ribs anywhere...

To calm myself down I'll try to think about a different "rubb"

I'll post mine up when I get back home in about 10 days. I like to use it when I make my Sirloin beef tacos with fresh guacamole, queso fresco and fire roasted tomato salsa. Use some blue corn tortillas and it's a hit whenever I make it.
