Let me point out a couple of important facts-
1.) Nobody knows the EXACT truth of the origin of the species.
2.) Nobody knows for 100% certainty that God (in any of his forms) exists.
3.) The Bible was written by Man, and is therefore fallible.
4.) The religious right jumps on Genesis to support their theories of creation, but as soon as the actual religious decrees and violence show up in the rest of the Old Testament, the Christians denounce it as not being THEIR book. I guess it's ok to believe or agree with only parts of the Bible. Is that ok? Great, because if it is, it's just as ok for Muslims to believe in or agree with only parts of the Koran- for good or bad.
5.) This horse has been beaten to death enough, folks. None of us is going to convince the other that evolution is the exact truth (while it may be MUCH easier to believe than creationism), nor are the others going to convince the rest that creationism is the one and only truth. Time to let this thread fade into the background.
