That doesn't mean anything - if the rotation is indeed slowing down, that doesn't mean it's been changing at the same rate throughout history.

The point is that in all likelihood there are hundreds, thousands, even millions of planets that do NOT support life as we know it. Many are too hot. Many are too cold. Most lack oxygen and water.
The fact that one of these planets has the right conditions for us to exist is not proof that there's a Creator, anymore than that the absence of life on other planets is proof that there is not.
This is similar to the argument that proof of god's existance is that the ocean levels are just right. 50 feet higher and millions of New Yorkers and Los Angelinos would be living under water and 50 feet lower, the harbors of the east coast and west coast would be unusable.
"In all likelihood." Thousands, millions? We know of less than 200 planets, and all the ones outside our solar system have been found within the past few years. We know very little about them. Your second paragraph is absolutely correct. The third... I like the sarcasm
