I would put 6.5 quarts in, and if you have the money an accusump would solve the oiling problem.
I would also make sure your tires have pleanty of grip. If you still have your stock wheels you can try to find a set of slightly used hoosiers to put on those.
Take any loose crap out of your car, spare tire, jack, etc.
