Well, as soon as Kanye can contact his business manager, to see how much he's allowed to donate "from the bottom of his heart" (  ), I do wonder where these funds will go.

Yeah I think if I had crazy money like that I would actually GO DOWN THERE and hand out money to people or set them up in hotels for a couple of months. That would be "from the bottom of the heart". Instead of having your manager donate money to something your not sure what its going to. Just my $0.02

Well my two sense is free so here it is. Kanye West speaks the truth. When George W. Bush took office he was warned of three things. 1. An attack on New York. 2. A major hurricane and specifically levy's breaking. 3. A major Earth quake in LA. 2 of the three have already happenned. I'm glad George Bush cares about what people smarter than him have to say. Let me correct Kanye. George Bush Doesnt care about people not rich enough to donate to his campaign. George W. Bush is a horrible president. The national gaurd should be there helping.
