yeah didn't you guys know when bush first took office in his oath was that he would go down to LA and fix all the mess that they didnt feel like fixing themselves. its the federal governmetns (and our federal tax money) responsibility to make sure that the people living there wouldnt get hit by a storm, and all their neglegence wouldnt bite them in the arse. bush is supposed to (like all presidents have done before him) to micromanage every single local government and make sure they do the right thing.
