WTF? It's not Bush's responsibility! He's not to micromanage state disasters. That's what mayors, fire chiefs, police chiefs, national guard, and governors are for. City, county, and state government are responsible. Sure, Bush can do things in his power to help them, but it is THEIR deal. There is no shortage of government at the state level to do what needs to be done.
EDIT: Let me add that Bush does help out where he can. He's been there for us in Florida before. We're no strangers to hurricanes.

This is all the proof I need to showcase the fact that Bush called up Mother Nature about a week ago and said the following: "Hey, brew me up a Cat 5 hurricane and bash it into the biggest city on the Gulf Coast. Make sure that everybody's house floods up to the rooftop too, because I just have a general hate for Mardi Gra and everything cajun, as it gives me severe heartburn and those people will pay for that." I'm eligible for a multimillion dollar settlement now. I don't know why, exactly, but people told me I was full of [censored] when I told them that Bush and Nature had a conference the other day. This shows them! Some people in this world just need to get real. Everything these days is eventually blamed on the government in some form or another. -SAV

News flash, this isn't a state disaster, this is a NATIONAL disaster. Don't believe me, go look at the price of gas.
