Yes, MANY times! Think about the Flordia Keys. They get evac'd constantly because of hurricanes. In fact, I've been evac'd 3 times while down there visiting myself. Now, you're talking evac'ing just as many people, over ONE SINGLE BRIDGE out of the Keys. They pull it off every time, flawlessly.
