Never mind looks like I found my answer.
According to this
http://apps.bosch.com.au/motorsport/downloads/fuelinjectors.pdf
they flow 142.5 g/min at 3 bar so that is about 19 lb/hr at 43.5 psi.
So for future reference Ford started using the same injectors they have been using in the Triton V10 and Ford Falcon on the 2004 Towncars. In 2003 they were using another injector. So an all orange Bosch injectors that looks like this

with part number xl2e-c5a and Bosch number 0 280 155 917 are another alternative to SVT injectors if you want 19s. Probably will be much easier and cheaper to get your hands on in the future. This is a Design III (Newest Style) injector so I am assuming it's what is more likely to come with newer Fords.
But first let me get them into my car and try them out, I might be talking out of my ass?
