Ok, how does Friday night sound? I mean that's a decent night, and they have open runs that night too. We could meet somewhere in Ashland maybe, and go up from there, and I know a good way to the track, would take about 18 minutes (I made it to the city it is in, in 12 once, I was bored ok. ) anyhow, like I said open run is from 5:30 to 10:30, maybe before or after we could go out to eat. I can get us a discount at my work, Denny's, 25%.

How about something more central? The last one us Dayton/Cincy guys would have had to drive 200+ miles for a couple hour meet. It looks like this one is headed further north by each post. I had suggested speeds go cart track in Columbus for the last one. I agree that drag racing is a good time, but alot of our guys, would hate to go break something and have to tow their broke a$$ car home. We had a meet there before, and it has a huge parking lot, and is right off the highway. The carts were a blast, and they served food there. I have been to a few meets, and we stand around for a couple hours and go home. This is only a suggestion, but if you cater to the guys that live down the road from the meet spot...those will be the only people there. just my $.02.

No this is actually a little bit more south then the last meet. Also if you read the attempt at the one meet a while back, it was also that Speeds Go-cart track, and NOBODY showed up. Just my .02 cents.

The meet at speeds was attended by MMARFAN,WA2TUFF and myself,we didn't plan the meet we were just the only one's that showed. We still had a good time, and it was at a central location. I just suggested it cause it had some stuff do do and a large lot. We Ohio people need to have a big meet!
Wherever it's at,I'll go,and I hope we get alot of people off there butts for this one.

I'm sorry was that a joke. J/K

Yeah, that'd be a little hard to do. We need to get the Ohio CEG back up and going again, a lot of them moved over to FCO. What we also need to do is recruit people, get them involved also. There is red pre98 Contour around here I keep seein with vynal on it, and I think a exhaust, Im gonna try to catch him one of these days.
We could probably plain a big meet here in Ohio next year after SZ06, instead of a end of summer bash, we could do a beginning of summer bash in Ohio.
