Chevron IIRC is rationing fuel today due to distribution problems and serious concerns about running out of supply. I don't know about BP, but I do have three BP stations near me, I'll check out the prices at BP tomorrow (luckily both wife and I fueled up yesterday before all this happened).
As always there will be people who price gouge and attempt to take advantage, what goes around comes around, that's for certain.
