There is definetely no excuse this year about not having enough money! More than adequate time has been given to register and save your pennies to come. Registration has opened more than a full two months earlier this year than last.
Btw, registration has gone up this year $5 as you've probably noticed. This is due to the five new classes for the Show N Shine awards. Also, the price to print the t-shirts has gone up slightly as well.
The reason Mark and I raised the price to $40 after April 18th is for a few reasons. First, so you take full advantage of getting your money in early.
This helps us out greatly when it comes to ordering t-shirts and meals for the banquet. I think last year we had to give the order to Venice catering 2 weeks before the event. Once the order has been placed, we can no longer add or subtract meals. Of course, we had to give a higher number of meals than expected since we knew people would register at the last minute. Those wasted meals comes out of door prize money. Same thing with t-shirts. I had to make a last minute order last year to account for late registrations which could have saved me quite a bit on shipping. Just giving you guys the heads up. Mark and I are all about giving you guys the best bang for the buck Spring Zing.
