The numbers mean you get your plates for another two years.
Basically you can see the 'limit' of the testing on HydroCarbon Parts Per Million (62), Carbon Monoxide (0.35%) and Nitrogen Oxides parts per million (467) ... the Result shows how many you actually had. As long as you are under the numbers you are good basically.
The test is done twice, once on a roll and once at idle.
Pretty simple stuff really.
