I don't think you would even be able to go as low as the bottom pick. Not if you were thinking about actually driving the car. To get as low as that pic the wheels would be touching the tops of the wheel wells, and the tie-rods would be so tweaked you'd have 30mm of toe-out, plus it would ride like crap and bump steer like a mofo.
