...what is going on fellows...Looks like I'm leaving for Iraq very soon this week. I have a 93 F-150 that I need to store for the time I'm away. I'm trying to remember what all I need to do to the engine for it to sit for several months. So far I am going to do the following. Take the plugs out and put a drop of oil in each cylinder. Disconnect the battery. I was told I could leave the tires on the rims and on the ground for the little time I will be gone, but will it create a flat spot?

When I back I will change the oil, replace the transmission, change the rearend gear (along with the front end.) and lub several of the points. Am I forgetting anything or is this pretty complete??? BTW its 4WD not that I think it will make a difference but a little FYI.

Take care,
Grady
