Need help, what RWD tranny will fit the 2.5 duratec?
i know a T-5 can be mated to a zetec or 2.3 duratec, but how bout the V6?
seriously want to convert to RWD. using Merkur rear end suspension, differential.
what motor fits in what?
any help is appreciated.

the v-12 in the astin marrten is a duratech, so it should fit

...not that I think it's actually going to be done, but what about the LS tranny?

There are two that bolt right up.
The T-5 (or any transmission) will fit anything if you build a custom bellhousing.  It's not like it directly bolts to the Zetec either.
If you are asking these blatantly simple questions you are never going to be able to fathom a project like this. 'nuff said.
