I think you definately could. The new filter adapter with this kit has two extra "ports" on it that you plug your guage sensors into. One for pressure, and one for oil temp if you wish. Plumbing in a cooler is ultra easy too, just run the tube out from the filter adaptre to the cooler, THEN back to the engine block (or plumb it in before the filter, whatever)
