I will be offering a complete lower valance for the Contour SVT. I am looking to have the prototype finished and on my site mid november. Below is a sample of what the valance will look like. This valance is installed on a Mitsubishi Eclipse.

Check my new website that will be up and running mid October

Carbon Concepts

I will have pictures posted of the first set of Contour full carbon fiber mirrors this weekend. I pick them up from being clear coated tomorrow afternoon.

Very nice Craig. Me like a lot!

One question though, this Eclipse is wearing a body kit whose front bumper seems to overhang the road pretty level (flat underneath)... The stock SVT bumper is far from that, with the sides curving down lower than the center. How is a flat touring style splitter going to mate to the SVT bumper??

I'd love to see your prototype when done, is it installed on Amy's car?

The prototype will be installed on amy's car.

What I will do is pull her bumper off and make a mold of the bottom of it and work from there. If it cannot be flat I will have to make the lower piece meet with the bottom of the bumper. It is definately doable and will not be a problem. I am also looking to do a rear piece for her car as well and will take the styling from the dtm touring cars with the rear lower splitters. Saw a beetle at a show with one this season and it looked hot. I will post once my new site is up and running and will have pics of all the carbon work I will be offering for various sport compacts. I will be mainly focused on Cougar, Contour, Focus, Saturn SC2, and Neon but will offer other popular makes and models products as well.

It's just a little cut and pasting, feathering the edges and voilą! Much easier than it sounds, really a 5 minute job. Fun though, you want to see your car "in the weeds" ?? laugh

Craig will your splitter be able to work on an SE w/o SVT front bumper?

As for you photoshop guys, can you photoshop the Visteon Hood Scoop off of the Cougar on to a 98+ Contour. I am thinking about adding one to my car just for Aesthetic reasons. Please let me know if you can photoshop this for me. TIA!
