Well my car has been sitting for 5 weeks because everytime I put it underload it would shut down. I finally decided to take the car to get my Computer scanned and 3 of my 02 sensors weren't working and it was saying that bank1 was running too rich. So I called teh shop today to get an update on my car and here is what they told me. They started my car up to let it idle and 15seconds later my car was knocking and squeeling then boom it shut down. They messaure that I had 0 PSI of oil and as a result my engine seized  , so now I don't know to what. Aaron

One thing Aaron, when did they measure the oil pressure, engine running or off? If the engine is off, the oil pump can't produce any pressure, and secondly, where did they measure the oil pressure?

Chris, they told me that they hoisted the car up and started it, then as they were getting the pressure reading the car started knocking and squeeling then shut down. I was in such a bad mood when the shop called me today because I was dealing with snobby customers and the news about the motor made it worse.

Sounds like it's time for a 3L swap.
I know that's what I'm gonna do when my engine dies.
Sorry to hear about that though. You didn't even get the car that long ago. Best of luck getting it sorted out.

Funny thing is I'm not that much of a fan of the 3L swap just because I don't see to many on the site with a high sucess rateand I alsow anted to keep my car an actual SVT but it seems to be the cheaper option so I guess I'm stuck looking for a decent priced 3L. IF anyone comes across some please let me know.
