After the "my third mistake", I realized a jellyfish has more of a backbone than this idiot did. I did get into a similar situation with a dealer, however, in that they tried screwing me out of my trade-in value and equipement I had in the trade-in.
To make a long story short, when I traded in my MINT 93 Notchback 5.0L for a then brand-new 1995 Probe GT (yeah, sounds like a downgrade until you try driving a 300+ HP car with a B&M Transpak and 3.73 gears in the snow)I was promised (in writing) that I could remove the Eclipse/Bazooka system I had in the Notch after it was traded in(I had been called in to work the day of the "deal"). Not only did they refuse to give me the system, but they threw me out of the dealership as well after I flipped out on the sales manager....at least the cops were cool about it when they "escorted" me out of the showroom(one of them told me they were there on a weekly basis for angry customers). About a month after this (and speaking to the Attorney General's office) the dealership was closed by Ford....no reason given.
I guess I wasn't the only disgruntled customer.
