i dont think there's much that an attorney could do for this numbnut. unless he tries to get out the contract by claiming he's retarded and can't legally enter into a contract. unless of course this guy's condition was SO obviously deteriorated that the sales obviously knew he was not in the right mental state, but good luck proving that. this guy just plain f*cked up, a few times in a row! i think maybe a puck might whacked him in the head one too many times.
