If you wanna track it go Koni and if your goona lower it, do it at the same time. The H&R's or B&G Sport Springs are my preference unless you want all out track, then either get the Ground Control Kit or the new knock-offs of those from eBay. But beware. there are a few coilover kit on eBay for the Contour that are complete crap and look NOTHING like the GC kit. Search this forum for the EBay GC knock-offs.
