This is a longshot, but I was wondering if anyone uses Bloomba as their email client?
I've used v1.0 for the past year, and it has made email much more managable (I receive a couple hundred messages per day). Unfortunately, after Yahoo bought the company last year they immediately discontinued the software and I've looked everywhere for an installer for v2.0 (which has many new features) with no success. Btw, when it was supported, it was available as a shareware download so please don't lock this thread. If anyone has a v2 installer or knows where they are still archived please PM me.
For those unfamiliar with Bloomba, it's basically a mail client that allowed you to "Google" your mail long before gmail was even launched. It indexes every message you receive into a database so you can perform fast searches through all your downloaded mail. Basically does away with the idea of using hierarchical folders and sorting rules for your mail client. I don't have a corporate mail server and I don't use calendar or contact lists (features that are in v2.0 btw) so I've dropped Outlook completely.
