I use Evolution locally (both home and at work {oh how Exchange+Outlook sucks!}) and Pine remotely. ...And, webmail clients where applicable.

I acutally use pine on a couple random boxes that I administer for others. It's a nice lightweight client.
At work, I'm using Groupwise 6.5 though. It's nice that whenever some worm goes around and eats at outlook (and express), that our messaging system remains unscathed.

Yup! That's what we use too at work, and it's almost flawless... Too bad I can't use the client at home, but their web interface is quite nice...
