i just moved into my dorm room and i have a constant internet cable connection into the wall. at times i can sign on but most times i recieve an error message ("connection lost. check your internet connectin.") i had to install a security application, but not sure if that has anything to do with it. if anyone has had this problem or can think of a possible solution thatd be sweet. i need aim lol.

i did try going into setup and changing the port...if it matters
