Who remembers Hugo and Pete? I don't remember their last name but they were from the mid-west states if I remember correctly...
Wes Fenner, Brinn (which I think I still spell incorrectly LOL) Blake, or course John (JVT), Simon, Perry wolfe...all the ole' school SE-CEGers?!? Man you guys really helped me so much you just don't know...
and or course who remembers me, MR. BRAIN....heheh
ah yes....the good mr. brain! how are ya! i reminisce often about the good ole days of the road-atlanta-to-helen-to-brain-estate fun runs....good times, good times.
old school CEG remembrances: -- inlink SVT forums, wood-grained (forum-less) contour.org, american.edu list... -- audi A6 sidemarkers; and finding out that a lot of CDW-27 cars had panels that got clearcoated AFTER the addition of the 24v side badge and ding strips.... -- SMA/dan squires - and when SMA and SCA were the only aftermarket exhausts for the contour -- buying a brand-new CSVT right off the dealer lot, and having to debate on whether to get one of the leftover E0's or step up to an E1...

I remember when the twins mounted that ridiculously huge spoiler on the back of that silver CSVT with the nice big black rims. I know shortly thereafter, one of them died in a car accident. I use 'mounted' loosely, however, as the spoiler was off a Focus FR200 and it wasn't actually drilled to the decklid. It simply sat there while they took pictures of it that eventually ended up with the [censored] that run anti-rice.com. Stupid rice people. We have SIX pots in our engine to cook all their rice! -SAV

Oh I remember one now. Do you guys remember before the S/C or Turbo were released for our cars they had those Tornado fans that everyone wanted that would sit inside of your intake piping and give like 10hp increase (yeah right)? Those were funny.
