If you want to try a fine wire then the Autolite XP104 looks like the correct part number. It looks like it is nearly the same as the factory plug for 96 and newer. The difference is that it has a platinum side wire which is an improvement. This plug should work fine, but I'm not yet convinced that it is an improvement.

Our engines don't seem to like Bosch plugs, either their plain platinum or their multi-tip +4.




Actually, I think the factory plugs where only single platinums. Plat on one side for one bank, and plat on the other side for the other bank. They would have had a -E or -G on the plug number indicating where the platinum was placed. They are cheaper to make that way.
