The 22 is one heat range colder. You are not likely to need a colder plug unless you have extensive modifications. Start with the 32 (or the Autolite APP764) and see how the engine likes it and move to a colder plug if there are indications that the plug tip is too hot.
I doubt that you will need the colder plug.
