If you are coming up on traffic at a high speed, it is YOUR responsibility to slow down. I always drive with an exit. This guy in the Talon obviously didn't think about anything than racing that motorcycle. Sure your car CAN handle the road at higher speeds than say 55, but what about with lots of people on them? This is a different case than racing on an empty road at night. This was with other traffic. Big no-no to me.

You need to remember that these are public roads that you must share with cars from Enzos to Yugos. Highways have multiple lanes for this reason, but it is still one road. Sure the Ferrari can cruise in the left lane faster and "safer" than the Yugo, but there is no wall between the lanes. They must all obey the same laws.

Racing on a public road going at least over 20 MPH with traffic present should be manslaughter if it results in the death of another motorist. That woman was a fool, but that does not make the other guy innocent. He should have slowed down and waited for less traffic. End of story.
