About a month ago I was washing the car, and I noticed afterwards that the horn was sounding really pathetic, not loud at all and wierd sounding. Since then it seems to have fixed itself, until today I noticed it doesn't work at all. Any help is appreciated.

If you want to check the fuses, it is Fuse 12 and Relay 7 in the fuse box next to the battery.
You should also check if the horn terminal connections are dirty or rusted (as horns are usually located at the bottom). According to Haynes and Ford CD, the horn assemblies are located between the radiator and front wheel wells. I haven't had to locate them yet (but I had similar issues on a previous Chevy that I owned and the symptoms were the same as yours. I removed the wiring terminals, cleaned them out and it worked after that). Good luck.
