Ok I painted my updated cupholders the MB color of the interior. Just curious if I should put a clearcoat on it?

Thanks,
Justin

I painted mine and I put clearcoat. I've put cans, Mcdonald's cups, etc and no chips or scratches. I would recommend clearcoating it. Good luck.

I didn't clearcoat mine - almost 2 years now with no ill effects. But clear never hurts.
