I think there is definitely interest out there, but I respect your position. I meant to be encouraging, not pushy. Hope that's how it came across.
Another idea you might consider is a business loan. If you have the numbers and make your case, a bank might be willing to help you out. Of course, you would want to be able to honestly project enough income from this stuff to actually cover your debt. Not easy. Just a thought.
