What intakes and what badges?
Maybe you could show us, and more people would buy them.

Intakes and badges? Lots of competition there. Nobody else is making a custom front bumper for the early 'Tour. Nobody. I think you're onto some kind of niche. Also, my 2 cents on business stuff is that you have to show people a product and a price and be able to offer it over the long haul. If you're expecting to make money before you even have a product, you're kidding yourself. Find out how much it will cost you. Negotiate the lowest price you can for the service. Give yourself a reasonable profit margin. Tell us how much. Advertise here, at the usual suppliers, in Max Power, Sport Compact, even Grassroots. Commit. Example: I can still get Cosworth body panels for an XR4Ti, and the last one sold here was in 89. For most people, modding or restoring a vehicle is a long-term proposition. Once a product is offered, people have to make the decision to put it on their want list, then save up and get it. Or they may have to finish up three things before they get to it. Just MHO, but please go ahead and at least try this. I might want it someday.

Micah I'd also think there would be a few suppilers that are gong to want this as well. So you have another income avenue there too. But yeah I'd front some money on this too.

Micah, find a price on these things. Do them to order, meaning full 100% of funds at the time of the order. Don't try to make a group buy out of it, those have all failed in the past. When you're ready to make the mold, if you don't have the funds, perhaps you could ask for advanced downpayments towards the purchase price. If you can't cover it, refunds all around. I'll gladly post up some pictures on my website with your links and contact information for the bumpers... ah, until they become a hot seller that is.

RogerB, I am not trying to make money right now, But I dont want to fork over whatever it is gonna cost to get a mold and then have no buyers. thats why I want $ down from at least people that are intrested in getting them soon. therefore I know I will not be sinking money into something that no one is gonna buy.
Sasmaster6000, it is a svt body kit but the differece is the top of the bumper looks stock, and maybe if I have enough people intrested we can do some add ons to that bumper to make it even more aggressive, just a thought.
Lee Cox, if some companys would be intrested then the price would probally go down, or at least make the product availabe sooner.
Mike Laskonis, I will let you know if I do. Hopefully we can get this on the run really cheap. Lets see.
keep your thoughts coming.
