Hey Chris, just a thought, but I did theater lighting in highschool. To color the lights we used some sheets of color that we all called Gels, do you think these might work for the clocks?

well crap i tried this and now my clock only shows pices of digits instead of full numbers. anyone know where i can get a mondeo clock?

99blacksesport- Gels would work, but you would keep the white diffusing part instead of replacing it.

David- It sounds like the cunductive rubber pad is shifted. Try reassembling it, taking care that the rubber edges are flush with the glass part and the board. That's where the signal goes.
