I do believe Ford needs something to replace the Contour and I believe Ford has also figured that out. The one thing I am glad about is the direction SVT has taken with S/C the Cobra. So now the Lightning and the Cobra are both S/C, so if Ford ever gets a decent sedan maybe SVT will S/C it also.
And as it stands, my next sedan purchase will be an Altima or Maxima, those things are tight.
