fine you people want pics. then i will give you pics, the car is not done but this is what i have done so far.

http://contourowner.tripod.com/unfinnished_contour

and i have done thought of the door panels and stuff, i have left the door panels unscrewed, they sit in there just fine with out falling off, or any thing, they fit snug in there, so if i ever had to change the window there ya go. any way i am geting ready to go back out and work on it in a few so i will give you pics when its done

Thanks for the pictures.
It's always nice to see the work in progress and then the finished product.
What color are you planning on painting the car when you're done?

the workmanship looks good so far.... but i'd be worried that those front doors are going to be too short to pull that off cleanly.

I agree. I like the work you have done, but IMO it would look better if the doors were a little longer.

Either way, its gonna be one of a kind and look good

i think it would look great if you could find a clean way to mold in the plastic part on the rear window instead of just painting it white (which it kinda seems to be now, sorry if it's not). it would give the illusion of that part being shorter and the front doors being longer. imho.

no one really WANTS to sit in the back seat of a contour unless they need to... besides hes making a swivel seat for his passenger side im sure that will make enough room for people to get in/axcess for a baby seat
