I installed mine w/ a MonsterFlow filter a couple of weeks ago. I love the growl it gives at WOT. I've been careful driving in the rain and avoiding huge puddles b/c I don't want to hydrolock my engine....maybe get one of those AEM bypass valves to help out even more?? Also, the IAT sensor doesn't fit real well, so some wire ties might be necessary, and I've heard wrapping the SCA pipe in duct insulation will help keep the cold air cold.

Wouldnt it be hard to keep that thing clean? You guys like it better than the KKM and the SP Motorsports polished aluminum intake pipe?

I have a Cutom Injen Technology CAI, ceramic coated by Jet Hot Coatings. Things runs and feels great. Those of you with the CAI know how hot the pipe can get, and Jet Hot can cool it down (estimated) 30%. I noticed a huge difference in coating the pipe, and would recommend using something to cool it down even Thermo Wraps, etc.

I Have had mine installed for about a month. Originally I had an issue with my engine light coming on. I tried something SCA reccomended and it helped for a while but ended up wrapping my pipe in a tin insulation tape that was about 2" wide in an attemp to match temps between Mass air sensor and that other sensor ( Temp ? ) in the intake. I have only had one incident since then. Love the melodious sucking sound !!

Had one, didn't like it that much. IMO it didn't add that much to performance. It also stalled the engine if I went from mid/high-RPMs to idle quickly, like when I coast from a highway off-ramp to a stoplight. Tried rotating the MAF to no avail.

There was this whistle below 3k RPMs. Might have been cool if it whistled above 3k RPMs, as you could pass it off as a turbo (heh), but not the other way around.
