I dont know if anyone else is as lazy as I am, but I just wanted to let you know you can wash your floor mats in a washer.
I do it like I do my laundry. Pretreat with some shout, throw in a little COLORLESS Tide. and let the machine do the work...
I dont put them in the drier though I think they might shrink or something.
Also its proabably a better idea to do it at a laundry mat so you dont dirty your own washer

I did it again today and it works AWSOME
My friend spilled cranbury and vodka on my front mat and it came out !!!!!!!
ALSO. Another GREAT idea is to goto foot locker or a finishline and buy some waterproofing spray....then spray the hell out of them.....nothing will stick

Go get some carpet cleaner that goes in those Steam cleaners(I use Bissell),break out the water hose and a soft scrub brush and go tot work.Did mine the other day,man they look new!!!!Just let them drip dry,or wet vac them. When they dry soft brush the pile to comb the fibers.then they will look awesome!
It took me about ten minutes a mat just to get all the old carpet cleaner in a can stuff out of the mat.Just use a hard jet of water.
When there dry, spray some scotch guard on them. laugh

Just what kind of friends do you have, anyway? confused

And why do you let them consume such beverages in your car? wink

I just cleaned mine last week too. While I had used the washing machine before, I decided to try a different way this time to save the wear and tear on my home machine. I got some carpet shampoo from the auto parts store, purple can, can't remember the name. While at the car wash, I hung the mats on the wall and sprayed them with the carpet cleaner, then proceeded to let it sit while I washed my car. When it came to rinse, I directed the high pressure spray onto the mats after rinsing the car. Pop spills, coffee spills, grease stains... all right out. Other than the small wear spots from my heals, they look brand new! BTW, anyone want to buy them? I'm getting custom ones fom Lloyd's Mats...
