I'm not trying to make the point that Saddam Hussein had anything to do with 9/11. Therefore, omitting something someone said contrary to that is irrelevant. Not that it matters, but the statement was omitted in my source, not by me.
Since you weren't able to figure it out by yourself, the point of my post is that Democrats have said things that they have completely reversed their opinions on. Back when it was convenient, they supported the war and the justification for it. Now that they need to oppose the war in order to effectively oppose Bush, they are trying to make people forget what they said in the lead-up to the war and for several years before it.
