I knew you'd jump in. Thanks. Hmm, they must have changed the rules since I last went to an auto-X. They used to allow competitors to ride with other competitors. I remember Eric Ford riding with Steph her first time out. Either way, running or not, you'll enjoy yourself.

Damn my reputation proceeds me
I remember asking about it when I went out in June? because I was trying to help my GF learn to drive the Miata better at that time but I was not able to ride along with her.

Agreed. But it is more fun running. I went to a few events with my GF (she was running her car at the time) before I ran one but I tend to be the type of person that likes to watch things being done before I get into them. Thinking back I should have just brought out the contour on the snow tires I was running and had fun.
If you have any questions about AutoX in general or Central PA region events I might be able to help (and I am on the Central PA yahoo group if I dont know the answers to specific questions about them)

I'm out. State College is three hours away, six hours of driving doesn't leave me much time to hang out. I have a dog that needs to be fed and let out. Thanks for the info. Moxnix!

My magic 8-ball says "You will get your ass kicked by a Aqua 91 Civic" That looks like this.

Good luck against him. He won NE Regionals in STS this year and is planning on being there this sunday and I wonder how you will do against him.

I'm learning to hate Civics - especially when they come with good drivers. But, if I was out to win I'd be in a Civic. My hope with guys like that is that they say I drove a slow car well. In any case it looks to be a gorgeous day - here goes nothing!

You should have told me it was Mike Louie - he won at my first auto-x in Philly. Yeah, he dominated. Another '89 did quite well, and had three drivers - father, son, daughter. It went like this:
Mike - 65.7 Pops - 69.1 Bother - 69.8 Me - 70.5 Sister - 71.x New-gen Si - 71.x
-then about 4 other cars. So yeah, I'm sick of Honda. The son had a 70.1 until his last run, and the new Si had two runs about .01 faster than me with cones. However, I feel confident with Azenis like they all had I would have come in second.
