There's an FAQ at the top of the this section of the forum that has all the struts listed for our cars and says whether lowering is reccomended with those struts or not. I thought H&R's were red... Ray_dup1 Addicted CEG\'er R Joined: Jul 2001 Posts: 7,100 San Antonio/Austin, TX	Forcing those stock struts to be operating in a range they aren't intended for (lower, more compressed) is going to wear them out SO quick. Look for a bouncy ride when they go out. Some people have lowered their stock suspenion and it was "gone" in 5,000 miles (on the loww end).. The only bad thing about getting a car with a mod like that.. you are forced to purchase replacement parts in the higher price brackets. Ray yeah i hear that...i would be a little more peeved if he knew this and didnt say anything to me when i bought the car...oh well...just another mod...also noticed the end link on the drivers side was busted...time for a suspension over haul looks like....gonna order new bushings and all...thanks all -Shawn 2000 Contour SVT #1567
