ive already found that, while searching before i posted.
sensor is not disconnected
the pins are not Pinched, shorted, or corroded
there are no crossed over sensor wires
-there may be an exhaust leak, im not sure. I started the car while it was on stands, and crawled under but couldnt find anything resembling a leak... how would i spot one anyways?
-the sensor may be contaminated or damaged, but more than likely contaminated or not working anymore - like i said it may have not been changed in 120k miles
-the wiring is not Chafed/damaged, i followed it up as far as i could, and it is still insulated and in good condition
