could be a very crappy air filter. Your IAC may just need to be replaced and cleaning won't help if the unit is dieing. Make sure you fuel filter is on the right way (
almost did that myself, but caught it before I lowered the tour back down). This maybe a far stretch but could these symtems being a fuel pump? I would get the CELs read at autozone. even if the light isn't on.
